HOW TO APPLY

Inside Wireman - Telecommunications Technician

For all areas, requirements are:​

  • Must be 17 or older (18 at start of program)

  • Be a graduate from high school or have a G.E.D.

  • Must have passed one year of high school algebra or one semester of college algebra.

  • Must have a valid driver's license

 

 

Here are the ways to apply for the Dubuque Electrical Apprenticeship

  • You can print a "Request for an Application Form" and a Q&A flyer at the links below.

  • You can pick up a request form in person Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM at the IBEW Local 704 office located at 1610 Garfield Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001.

  • Application request forms can also be mailed individually by contacting our Training Director, Greg Willging at willginggr@nicc.edu
